Our client, a prominent organization in the Anderson, SC area, is seeking a dedicated Building and Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join their team. As a vital member of the facilities management team, you will play a key role in maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and aesthetic appeal of the grounds and building interiors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff.

Job Title: Building and Grounds Maintenance Specialist

Location: Anderson, SC

Pay Range:$20-$25

Shift: 8a-5p

What's the Job?

• Perform building and grounds maintenance, including electrical work such as outlets and light fixtures
• Conduct housekeeping duties in the clubhouse to ensure a clean and inviting environment
• Pressure wash grounds and maintain landscaping, including trash pickup, weeding, and flower planting
• Supervise subcontractors responsible for lawn maintenance and repairs
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds as needed for various maintenance tasks

What's Needed?

• Experience in building and grounds maintenance or related fields
• Basic electrical skills, including outlets and light fixtures
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and pressure washing
• Strong supervision skills to oversee subcontractors and maintenance activities
• Background check required
