School Bus Drivers New Hire Incentive

Regular Bus Drivers am/pm needed

Starting salary $21.42 per hour

No experience is necessary.

Full paid CDL training provided.

New Hire Incentive

Hiring incentive for new hires:

• $500 after one month of successful driving service*
• $500 after six months of successful driving service
• $500 after 12 months of successful driving service
• $500 after 24 months of successful driving service

*if hired after 5/1, incentive paid in 2nd pay in Sept. of following school year

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Class B, CDL license with current "S" endorsement (will train)
• Current State-mandated clearances and MVR check required before hire.
• Ability to work independently, read a map, and follow written directions.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work, interact, and cooperate with others.

Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (Act 151)

Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34)

Federal Criminal History Record Check (Act 114)

Act 168 Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release: Unionville-Chadds Ford School District uses an online process for submission and processing of required Act 168 forms. Candidates will receive information as necessary during the selection process.
