The butler role for our private residence is a highly personalized hospitality professional responsible for delivering exceptional, anticipatory service to guests in a luxury resort environment and private residential spaces. The Butler serves as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and homeowners after arrival, ensuring seamless experiences through discreet, detail-oriented, and proactive service.

Guest & Hospitality Service

• Serve as the primary host within the residence.
• Greet and attend to guests with polished, professional service.
• Plan and execute private dinners, events, and gatherings.
• Oversee formal table settings, beverage service, and event flow.
• Coordinate floral arrangements and interior presentation.
• Ensure guest accommodations are prepared to luxury standards.

Security & Risk Management

• Maintain discretion and strict confidentiality.
• Oversee residential security procedures and protocols.
• Conduct regular property walk-throughs to identify preventative maintenance needs.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of specialty sporting equipment, including firearms where applicable.
