Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for delivering exceptional
customer experiences? BeMobile is seeking a BeHive Specialist to join our Call
Center team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our retail
stores by driving customer outreach, generating traffic, and providing top-tier
service. As the voice of BeMobile, you’ll build meaningful connections, solve
customer needs, and help create the outstanding experiences we’re known for.
This is a work-from-home position with certain geographic eligibility
requirements.
Required skills and qualifications
- 1-2 years of Retail or Wireless experience or relevant experience
- 1-2 years of call center or customer outreach experience preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks with proper attention to detail in each
task.
* Must be comfortable on the phone, doing customer outreach, and providing
customer service support.
* Must have a reputation for exceeding expectations without constant oversight.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
* Inbound Customer Support: Handle incoming customer inquiries, objections, and
complaints across multiple communication channels. Provide solutions,
escalate issues when necessary, and build trust through positive,
professional interactions.
* Outbound Customer Outreach: Initiate calls to prospects and existing
customers, present products or services, highlight features and benefits, and
close sales. Stay organized with follow-ups to maximize conversions and
exceed monthly targets.
* Lead Development & Management: Generate and maintain leads from campaigns,
track interactions, and update all information accurately in communication
platforms to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
* Professional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with your team and
support retail locations to meet targets. Share insights, trends, and
feedback to improve the customer experience across the organization.
* Exceed Customer Expectations: Go above and beyond in every interaction,
overdelivering on issue resolution, following up proactively, and finding
ways to make customers’ lives easier while supporting sales goals.
* Key Traits for Success: Demonstrate dependability, punctuality, attention to
detail, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to work remotely or
independently while maintaining high performance standards.

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
