We are seeking a Fashion PR & Communications Manager with deep roots in the fashion and eyewear industry. You will be responsible for shaping how VITURE is perceived in the worlds of style and culture. This is a brand-building role focused on earned media, cultural relevance, and strategic storytelling.You have existing relationships with editors at Vogue, Monocle, Wall Street Journal, Hypebeast, and Highsnobiety. You know how to place a product on the right face, in the right editorial spread, at the right time. You understand that for VITURE, credibility comes from the corner of a fashion spread, not just a tech blog.Key ResponsibilitiesFashion & Eyewear Media RelationsStrategic Outreach: Develop and execute a global media relations strategy targeting tier-1 fashion, lifestyle, design, and eyewear publications.Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with editors, stylists, and freelance journalists. Own the brand's media contact database.Story Pitching: Translate brand narrative into compelling editorial angles.Product Placement & SeedingCelebrity & Influencer Seeding: Develop a tiered seeding program.Stylist Outreach: Build relationships with celebrity stylists for red carpet, editorial, and off-duty looks.Editorial Placement: Secure product placement in Gift guides, "What's in my bag" features, Trend roundups.Launch Event & Press MomentsLaunch Event Strategy: Plan and execute a high-touch, intimate launch event as a cultural moment.Press Kit & Materials: Develop premium press kits (digital and physical) including brand manifesto, high-res imagery (lifestyle, product, BTS), Founder story and Q&A, Product specifications and USP sheet.Press Preview: Host intimate press previews (one-on-one or small group) before launch to build relationships and secure embargoed coverage.Awards & Industry RecognitionEyewear & Design Awards: Lead submissions for SILMO d'Or, iF Design Award, Red Dot Award, Wallpaper Design Awards.Cultural Recognition: Position for "Best Of" lists, trend reports, and industry roundups.Crisis & Reputation ManagementMonitor: Monitor brand mentions across fashion, tech, and business press.Response Protocols: Develop response protocols for product reviews, privacy concerns, or competitive comparisons.Rapid-Response: Maintain a rapid-response media monitoring system.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and report: Earned media value, share of voice, sentiment analysis, conversion impact from press placements.Qualifications & ProfileExperience: 5-7+ years in fashion, luxury, or eyewear PR (agency or in-house)Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fashion media landscape, editorial calendars, and the eyewear industry (opticians, trade shows, seasonal cycles)Media Relationships: Existing relationships with editors at Vogue, GQ, Monocle, WSJ, Hypebeast, Highsnobiety, and eyewear trade publicationsWriting Skills: Exceptional ability to write press releases, pitch emails, and brand messagingCrisis Management: Experience handling sensitive product launches or reputation issuesWhat We OfferDefine and build the next-generation AI glasses platform a front-row seat to shaping how people interact with wearable intelligenceAn AI Native working environment AI is deeply integrated into our workflows, tools, and product development, so you work alongside cutting-edge AI every day, not just build itA sharp, full-stack team that thinks from first principles and ships with speedCompetitive compensation package including base salary, discretionary bonus, and equity with total compensation determined by candidate level, experience, and qualifications.
