Job Title: General Labor

Location: Ephrata, PA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: 6a-430p

What's the Job?

• Assist in food preparation within a cold environment to ensure quality standards are met
• Support the production team by handling general labor tasks efficiently and safely
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to adhere to safety and hygiene regulations
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work in a cold environment comfortably
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
