Responsibilities

• Safely handle and dispose of trash and recycling throughout hotel premises.
• Ensure floors are well-maintained, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Support hotel operations as needed to maintain high service standards.
• Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a secure environment.
• Assist housekeeping and maintenance teams with cleaning and organizational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any reasonable requests.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining cleanliness and organization in a hospitality setting.
• Ability to safely handle and dispose of trash and recycling, ensuring a clean environment.
• Proven track record of supporting housekeeping and maintenance teams effectively.
• Familiarity with floor care techniques, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Commitment to complying with safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a secure environment.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest spaces, and hotel grounds.
• Strong interpersonal skills to greet guests warmly and assist with reasonable requests.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• No prior experience or training required; on-the-job training provided.
• Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather and cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
