Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time | Pay: Uncapped Commission + Bonuses

The Role

• Analyze & Advise: Evaluate clients' insurance and retirement needs to recommend tailored Life, Health, and Income solutions.
• Build Relationships: Act as a trusted insurance expert for the San Antonio community.
• Stay Mobile: Use our modern CRM and office setting to manage policies, claims, and client interactions efficiently while in the office, at home, or on the go.

What You Bring

• Proven Track Record: Experience in insurance sales or a related high-performance field.
• Active License: Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred).
• Bilingual Skills: Spanish proficiency is a major plus!
• The Right Mindset: You are a self-motivated professional who thrives in a commission-based environment.
