Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and creative Internal Communications Executive to support the development and execution of internal communication activities. This role plays an important part in strengthening employee engagement, promoting company culture, and ensuring smooth internal information flow across the organization. Key Responsibilities Execute internal communication content, including internal announcements, newsletters, employee stories, and project highlights. Manage internal communication channels such as Slack/Teams, internal emails, and office notice boards. Support the organization of internal activities and events, including seasonal events, monthly birthday celebrations, team-building activities, employee engagement programs, and small weekly/monthly internal initiatives. Collaborate with the HR team in onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing and delivering internal announcements and onboarding materials. Collect employee feedback and insights; propose ideas to improve internal communication activities and channels. Participate in building and maintaining company culture materials and internal communication guidelines. Requirements Final-year students majoring in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Human Resources Management, or related fields. No prior work experience required; candidates who have participated in student unions, clubs, school events, or community activities are highly preferred. Good communication skills, basic event organization ability, teamwork mindset, and a proactive attitude. Basic writing skills with the ability to produce clear, concise internal content and summarize information effectively. Eager to learn, creative, detail-oriented, and responsible at work. Experience in internal communications or event organization is a plus, but not mandatory. Competitive salary, to be discussed during the interview.
