Location: Wrentham, MA ABOUT THE ROLE \n
Amrize, a leading supplier of quality, construction building materials in the United States, has immediate openings for a Loader Operator (Nights) to support operations at our Wrentham, MA location. The position is primarily responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and stockpile raw materials such as sand, gravel, and recycled asphalt within the plant.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING \n
\n - Operates equipment, loading material into bins, into crusher, into trucks or into plant.
\n - Moves earth or other materials from one location to another. Runs paving/grading equipment.
\n - Performs visual and safety inspection of equipment.
\n - May maintain appearance of equipment, proper air pressure in tires, proper fluid levels or perform minor repairs as needed.
\n - Keep work area clean and free from debris
\n - Follow site safety rules under MSHA regulations
\n - Completes are paperwork that may be necessary; assists with other duties required
\n - Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR \n - Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
\n - Ability to read and write.
\n - Excellent driving skills.
\n - Valid Driver's License.
\n - Ability to work colllaboratively with supervisor, truck drivers, and plant personnel.
\n - Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.
\n - Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
\n - Strong awareness to detail and situational awareness.
\n - Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Subject to applicable law, employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
