Maintenance Mechanic - Industrial
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Green Bay, WI . As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, CNC machining centers, and supporting plant infrastructure. This role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment to support on-time delivery, quality, and cost objectives.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, reliability, and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $70,000 - $72,800

Shift: First Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment, CNC machining centers, and supporting plant infrastructure.
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or abnormal conditions and report findings.
• Keep maintenance checklists and logs up to date.
• Follow all plant safety rules, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable attendance and good teamwork skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in heat-treat, manufacturing, or CNC machining environments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, belts, chains, gearboxes, and electrical fundamentals (480V, 3-phase, control circuits).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and equipment manuals, and work independently with minimal supervision.
