Manufacturing Worker 6am-6pm (1st Shift Days)

We're seeking motivated and skilled Manufacturing Workers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting high-quality products using a variety of manufacturing equipment. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a company that values teamwork and innovation. This is NOT a Warehouse/Forklift/Material Handling position and it is NOT an assembly line position. See "What You'll Do" below...

What You'll Do:

• Train in order to eventually operate a variety of production machinery, including winders, ovens, and kneaders, following detailed specifications and blueprints.
• Perform repetitive tasks without compromising productivity. Some tasks require physical stamina and strength.
• Ensure that products that consistently meet our high standards for quality and precision.
• Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure that finished parts meet our exact requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with your team members to achieve production goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

What You'll Need:

• Teamwork: You enjoy working collaboratively and have excellent communication skills.
• Physical stamina: You are able to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.
• Attendance: You have a strong work ethic and reliable transportation; Other workers are counting on you to reliably show up on time, day after day!
• Attention to Detail: You're a stickler for accuracy and take pride in producing quality work.
• Mechanical Aptitude: You're comfortable working with machinery and have a knack for understanding technical instructions.
• Safety-Conscious: You prioritize safety and follow established protocols.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus!
• Experience: At least 2 (two) years of related experience or equivalent on-the-job training.

Physical Requirements:

• This role requires standing for extended periods , using hand tools, and performing repetitive movements like bending and stooping.
• Ability to work in a hot / cold environment -- the manufacturing floor is NOT climate controlled.
• You'll need to be able to lift up to 70 pounds.
