Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team and teach in our Medical Assistant program. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive instruction within the Medical Assistant program Create, revise, and implement daily lesson plans to meet learning objectives Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and academic progress Provide constructive feedback and support to students Collaborate with the Director of Training and Campus Director on curriculum and program needs Perform other instructional duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Teaching or training experience preferred (but not required) Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Compensation & Schedule Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime classes At PCI, we believe in equipping both students and instructors with the tools to succeed.
