Point Quest Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality, child-centered occupational therapy services across school, clinic, and community-based settings. You will support children with diverse developmental, learning, and physical needs, helping them build functional skills that increase independence at home, at school, and in the community. As a Pediatric COTA with Point Quest Group, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills, self-care and daily living skills, and school-related tasks such as handwriting, attention, and organization. You will adapt activities and environments, use evidence-based interventions, and support the use of adaptive equipment to promote engagement and meaningful participation in everyday routines. You will carefully document each session, track progress toward goals, and ensure that treatment is delivered in a way that is playful, developmentally appropriate, and responsive to each child’s needs. Collaboration is central to this position. You will partner closely with occupational therapists, educators, behavior specialists, speech-language pathologists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to align interventions, share observations, and support comprehensive plans of care. You will also work directly with families and caregivers, offering education, modeling, and home program recommendations so that skills practiced in therapy can be reinforced in natural settings.
