A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician (Order Support / Fulfillment) in Hudson, MA 01749. The Pharmacy Technician would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week, with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance.

• The pay for this position is $24.45 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
  A 401(k) with a company match is available.

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:

• Complete a filing project (approximately 40 hours total)
• Provide pharmacy technician order support including assembling boxes and handling cold-chain materials (ice loading/unloading)
• Answer incoming calls and take messages as needed
• Retrieve and organize labs for faxing
• Pick and pack supplies such as syringes, gauze, and ice
• Dispatch orders by scanning items into the system, verifying accuracy, and printing labels
• Assist in a variety of operational tasks to support a short-staffed pharmacy environment

Pharmacy Technician Duties:

• Work under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist to fill prescriptions and prepare IVs
• Enter prescription and billing data to support reimbursement processes
• Prepackage medications in compliance with regulatory standards
• Assist pharmacists with final verification processes and packaging
• Coordinate accurate and timely delivery of medications to customers
• Support inventory management, including receiving, rotating stock, and tracking lot numbers and expiration dates
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including equipment checks for calibration and safety

Pharmacy Technician  Qualifications:

• Previous pharmacy technician or healthcare support experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities as needed
