Project Controls Manager - MTA Project Management

The Project Control Manager, fully embedded within a business unit, will support multiple projects throughout the Select, Define, and Execute phases while driving the implementation of the new Project Controls Manual.
Required experience
Minimum ten years in program and project controls management, accountable for performance of fully integrated program and/or project controls teams
Strong background in planning and scheduling, cost control and cost management and reporting
Demonstrable expertise and experience in project baselining, execution planning, and pre-contract stages of the project delivery life cycle
Experience in stakeholder engagement and management with respect to establishing effective integrated working relationships across separate functional groups
Demonstrable experience in developing controls capability and maturity.
