Position Type Salaried, Full-Time, 40 hours per week Summary/Objective The project coordinator provides overall coordination for all activities related to administration of projects for his or her specific department and/or team. The project coordinator is responsible for the organization, preparation assistance and management of specifications, proposals, and invoicing during both design and construction phase services. The project coordinator works closely with all members of his or her department, the company accounting staff, and the other administrators of the company. The project coordinator must work extremely well with others, be comfortable under pressure with various deadlines, and be proactive.
