Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Organize team-building events, workshops, and activities to foster a positive inclusive workplace.
Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall well-being.
Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires quickly integrate into company culture.
Work closely with department heads to create role-specific onboarding plans.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage onboarding
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
Proven experience (3-5 years) in recruiting, employee relations, human resources, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in relevant recruiting software's and tools
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in recruiting channels
Proficiency in ATS systems and recruiting tools
Strong networking skills and familiarity with various recruitment methods
