What You'll Do • Oversee daily medical operations within the facility
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with SHP policies and correctional healthcare standards
• Coordinate care with providers, administration, and custody staff
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and documentation processes
• Respond to clinical issues and ensure quality patient outcomes
• Keep the site organized, compliant, and running smoothly
What You'll Bring Active RN license in the state of Georgia
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and lead a team with confidence
Adaptability in a correctional healthcare environment
