The Restaurant Service and Bar Manager oversee a large team of 50-100 staff members in a casual dining setting. This role focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and fostering staff development. The manager handles all daily restaurant and bar operations, including staff management, quality assurance, and coordinating occasional catering activities, reporting directly to the General Manager.
