Job Title: SAP Consultant Location: Poland Job Details: Remote Duration: 12 months project You will play a key role in delivering seamless, compliant, and scalable time management solutions using SAP SuccessFactors. Working at the intersection of HR, technology, and business processes, you’ll help design and implement robust Employee Central Time Off solutions that enhance employee experience and ensure operational excellence. What’ll do Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off solutions Configure key system components including Time Profiles, Time Account Types, and Accrual Rules (both basic and event-based) Manage advanced functionalities such as Holiday Calendars and Work Schedules (standard, temporary, and individual) Build and optimize Business Rules, MDF Objects, and Workflows to automate leave requests and approval processes Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure accurate and compliant time management processes Support end‑to‑end implementation cycles including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT, regression, UAT), and deployment Ensure successful integration with payroll systems and other HR platforms Handle data migration, imports, and reporting within the Time Off module Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes in agile, international environments About you Proven experience as an EC Time Off / SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with at least 3 full‑cycle implementations Strong expertise in Employee Central Time Off configuration and administration Solid understanding of global time and attendance processes and absence management Hands‑on experience with Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll systems Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business challenges Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working in fast‑paced, agile, and international environments Opportunity for everyone Inchcape actively encourages applicants from all identities, backgrounds, and experiences, helping ensure our workforce is representative of the global communities we operate in.
