With over 110 years of experience, Natorp Nursery is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated business known for producing high-quality plant material at scale. Our extensive growing facility cultivates a full range of plant varieties, including trees, perennials, annuals, and shrubs.
We serve a diverse customer base, supplying plants to independent garden centers, wholesale companies, municipalities, landscape professionals, and homeowners through our retail nursery outlet.
Shrub Department Overview
Shrubs are a vital and growing category within our operation. As part of our continued expansion, we are increasing our shrub production area by an additional 7 acres. We take pride in delivering consistently high-quality shrubs and seek a motivated, detail-oriented individual to support this important segment of our business.
Position: Shrub Area Grower Assistant
Role Summary
This role supports the Head Grower in overseeing shrub production. The ideal candidate is ambitious, focused, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
