At Signarama, the world's leading sign franchise, we are looking for a dependable and motivated Sign Installer and Production Specialist to join our team. This role involves producing, installing, and maintaining high-quality signage while providing excellent customer service. You will work with hand tools, power tools, and production equipment to create and install a wide variety of sign products. If you enjoy hands-on work and seeing projects through from start to finish, this position is a great fit!

Key Responsibilities

• Sign Installation: Install a wide range of signage including vinyl graphics, dimensional letters, wall graphics, vehicle graphics, and exterior signs at customer locations.
• Production Support: Assist with in-shop production tasks such as vinyl cutting and weeding, laminating, trimming, mounting, and preparing signs for installation.
• Technical Skills: Safely and efficiently operate production and installation equipment including laminators, plotters, panel saws, drills, ladders, and lifts.
• Customer Interaction: Represent the Signarama brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Site Work: Travel locally to perform site surveys, take accurate measurements, assess installation requirements, and complete installations.
• Maintenance & Organization: Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in good working order and keep workspaces clean and organized.
• Inventory Support: Assist with monitoring materials and supplies to support smooth production and installation operations.

Professional Growth

Receive hands-on training through Signarama's in-store programs, covering production processes, installation techniques, safety practices, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software and systems
• Strong basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to accurately use measurement tools
• Physically capable of manual labor, including lifting 80+ lbs, climbing ladders, and working at heights
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Compensation: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
