Job Title: Social Worker - Intake and Assessment
Location: Vales of Glamorgan
Pay Rate: £35 per hour
About the Role: Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers to join the dynamic Adult Services Intake and Assessment Team- a fast-paced, supportive environment where professionals can make a real difference in the lives of adults across the community.
What will your responsibilities be? The team is responsible for:
- Responding to safeguarding concerns and crisis situations.
- Conducting outcome-focused assessments and developing Care & Support Plans.
- Promoting wellbeing through the Wellbeing Matters Service.
- Addressing urgent equipment and manual handling needs.
- Reassessing individuals whose needs have changed.

Qualifications & Experience: To be successful in this role you must have,
- A recognised Social Work qualification and registration with Social Care Wales.
- DBS on the update Service
