Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA / NP)

Quick Facts• Compensation: $75 $85 per hour (W2)
• Schedule: 12-hour day shifts Monday Friday
• Weekend Schedule: 6-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday
• Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic
• Support Model: Solo APP coverage with physician phone support
• Experience Preferred: 3+ years in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Patient Volume: Approximately 3 5 patients per hour
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
Delphi Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Urgent Care clinic at Carthage Hospital .

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced urgent care environment while maintaining strong clinical autonomy with physician support available by phone when needed.
Position Highlights• Compensation range: $75 $85 per hour (W2)
• 12-hour day shifts Monday through Friday
• 6-hour weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday
• Solo APP coverage with physician phone support
• Comfortable managing 3 5 patients per hour in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Perform procedures including suturing, fracture care, and splinting
• 3+ years of Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred
