A prominent private family is seeking an experienced Butler to provide high-level service and support within their California residences. This role will work closely with the Estate Manager and Chief of Staff to ensure seamless household operations and exceptional hospitality.

***Full-time position with a flexible schedule to support household needs. Based in the main home in Atherton, CA, with travel required between four residences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional butler services, including managing staff, coordinating household operations, and anticipating family and guest needs.
• Travel between multiple California residences as required.
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and impeccable attention to detail at all times.
• Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and household administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• European hotel, hospitality, or butler experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable traveling between multiple residences in California.
• Exemplary discretion and professionalism.

Compensation:

$80,000-100,000 depending on experience.
