Job Description The Campo Insurance Agency is growing and looking for a driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in a fully remote, outbound sales role. In this position, you will proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and digital channels to generate new business and build a strong book of insurance policies. This is a high-energy outbound sales role ideal for motivated self-starters who thrive on making connections, hitting targets, and building something meaningful. You will be backed by a supportive team, proven systems, and hands‑on training to help you succeed from day one. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission structure with realistic earning potential of $39,000 to $66,000+ in your first year depending on performance. Benefits Work from Home Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon‑Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities Make 100-300 outbound calls per day to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. Sell Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and other complementary insurance products to new clients. Acquire 20 new households or write $50,000 in P&C premium per month. Establish two new referral partnerships per month after 90 days. Follow up with leads, quotes, and prospects in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM. Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to sharpen your skills. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Represent The Campo Insurance Agency with professionalism and integrity in every interaction. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence. Self‑motivated and driven to succeed without constant supervision. Coachable and open to feedback and continuous improvement. Positive attitude and resilient personality that thrives in a fast‑paced sales environment. Previous sales experience preferred but not required — we train the right people. Property and Casualty (P&C) license preferred, or willingness to obtain one quickly.
