Maintenance Technician – Industrial Manufacturing Location: Westwood, MA (University Ave)
Shift: Full-Time | Overtime and Weekends Required

We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced facility in Westwood. This is more than a repair job—it’s an opportunity to become an expert in complex industrial machinery. Core Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled PM tasks to ensure equipment longevity and safety.
- System Installation: Plumb and install air/water lines; assist with electrical circuit maintenance (including three-phase).
- Custom Fabrication: Utilize welding and carpentry skills to design and construct specialized fixtures to optimize production.
- Operational Excellence: Read and interpret work instructions, safety manuals, blueprints, and schematics to ensure all repairs meet industrial standards.
Candidate Requirements We value technical aptitude and a proactive "can-do" attitude. The ideal candidate must demonstrate:
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of gears, gear ratios, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Electrical Aptitude: Practical experience with wiring and circuits (including three-phase).
- Trade Basics: Ability to weld, fabricate, and perform basic carpentry.
- Professionalism: A friendly demeanor, math skills, and sharp attention to detail.
- Flexibility: A high sense of urgency and the willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
