Job Description
Our client is seeking a senior-level experienced Trusts & Estates / Elder Law Attorney (5+ years) to join their Lenox, MA office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Draft wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, healthcare proxies, HIPAA releases.
Advise clients on complex estate planning, tax-efficient wealth transfer, and asset protection.
Establish and administer trusts, LLCs, family & life insurance trusts, and charitable giving strategies.
Minimize income, gift, and estate taxes and advise on MA/federal estate administration.
Present at seminars, webinars, workshops, and other educational events.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school.
5+ years of experience in estate planning; elder law a plus.
Strong client-facing skills with long-term relationship-building ability.
Leadership and management skills with growth and partnership aspirations.
Exceptional drafting, review, and efficiency with estate planning and financial documents.
